By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this refund policy. This policy applies to all bookings made directly through our website or through authorized travel agents.

Cruise Booking Cancellation Timeline

  • Cancellations made 90 or more days before departure: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
  • Cancellations made 60-89 days before departure: 75% refund of total booking amount
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking amount
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking amount
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund available (subject to individual cruise line policies and travel insurance coverage)

Refund Process and Requirements

  • To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team at +1-877-567-9046 or email us at manager@traenvoza.com with your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation.
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include proper documentation such as medical certificates (if applicable) or other supporting evidence for the cancellation reason.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Processing fees and third-party charges (such as port fees, taxes, and gratuities) may be non-refundable depending on the cruise line's specific policies and timing of cancellation.

Travel Insurance Recommendations

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unexpected cancellations due to medical emergencies, family emergencies, natural disasters, or other covered reasons that may not be covered under our standard refund policy.

Special Circumstances and Exceptions

  • In cases of cruise line cancellations due to mechanical issues, weather conditions, or other operational reasons, we will work with you to provide alternative sailing dates or full refunds as determined by the cruise line.
  • Natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances may warrant special consideration for refunds or future cruise credits.
  • Medical emergencies requiring hospitalization or serious illness may qualify for enhanced refund consideration with proper medical documentation.
  • Each special circumstance case will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Traenvoza management in consultation with the respective cruise line policies.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Certain promotional rates, group bookings, and specialty cruise packages may have different cancellation terms and may be non-refundable.
  • Shore excursions, specialty dining packages, beverage packages, and spa services booked separately may have their own cancellation policies.
  • Air transportation, hotel accommodations, and ground transfers arranged through third parties are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
  • Processing fees, service charges, and administrative costs are generally non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline.
